I knew during my first phone conversation with Chris Canavan that he was the realtor for us. We had a very challenging first time home-buying experience and felt unsupported by our previous realtor. Chris talked through all of my concerns and was upfront and transparent about how the process should go and what we can expect from him. It set the tone for our second home-buying experience, which was 100 times better than the first! He was also incredibly patient when we put our initial search on hold and changed our plans of looking for a small vacation bungalow in Savannah to a new plan of selling house #1 in Atlanta and moving on to house #2 in Savannah.
