Andrea (Andi) DeFelice

Broker, Andrea (Andi) DeFelice, began her career in Real Estate in 1993. She is passionate about being a true advocate for her clients and believes every one, from first time home buyers to seasoned veterans, needs their own representation.

I have had the privilege of working with generations within families. What an honor to be referred to a former client’s, now adult child, or parent, to assist with their home purchase!

I appreciate that the home buying consumer realizes the value that an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent brings to the transaction and am proud to work alongside my clients to achieve their goal of home ownership.

Andi has served as the President of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) for the past two years. She is an active member of the Savannah Board of Realtors and holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation.

When not working Andi enjoys cooking, motorcycling with her husband, discovering new eateries around town and travel.
